Zombie Survival
Zombie Survival is a first-person survival shooter prototype — hold your ground against escalating waves of the undead in a greybox prototype, built to test [core mechanic you're most proud of, e.g. resource management, weapon feel, horde AI] over a short development cycle.
Here's How to Play:
Controls:
-W,A,S,D to Move
-Left Click to Fire
-R to Reload
-1 Pistol
-2 Rifle
-3 Shotgun
-Mouse Scroll to select weapons
-Hold Shift while moving in any direction to Sprint
This project was built as part of Modular Labs, a personal initiative to design reusable, decoupled Unity C# systems that can be dropped into different game genres without rewriting core logic. Zombie Survival specifically demonstrates:
Engine: Unity 2022.3 LTS (Built-in Render Pipeline) Platform: WebGL (playable in browser, no download required)
- [Wave-based / horde-based zombie spawning and AI behavior]
- [Weapon system — e.g. modular weapon switching, ammo/reload logic]
- [Health & damage system shared across enemy/player]
- Modular UI & menu flow (main menu, pause, game over states)
- A custom Audio Manager system driving hover/click feedback and gameplay SFX through a single reusable pooling architecture
- Clean separation between gameplay logic and UI, built for fast iteration
This is a prototype, not a finished commercial release — it's part of a growing portfolio of modular systems and genre prototypes used to explore mechanics quickly and prove out reusable architecture. Feedback and donations are always appreciated, but the build is free to play either way.
